The state of the art facilities incorporate a number of innovative features such as the swimming pool changing facilities. The internal layout of the Leisure Centre wet-side changing has been completely revised and updated to incorporate a luxurious new health suite, disabled, family changing and segregated male and female changing cubicles. Activities include multi gym, fitness suite, badminton, squash, swimming, keep fit and relaxation classes. Adults can also avail of the new Health Suite facilities where they can relax and pamper themselves, surely a balm to the hustle and bustle of daily life. The Suite comprises of a sauna, steam room, spa pool and showers.

April 2004 marked the start of a new era for leisure and fitness in Larne, approximately five miles from Ballygally. Renovation at Larne Leisure Centre culminated in the opening of a new Village Changing facility and Health Suite.
