Carnlough PDF Print E-mail

CarnloughCarnlough has a fine situation on a crescent bay with a good sandy beach, at the mouth of one of the smaller Antrim Glens, Glencoy.  The limestone bridge over the main street was built to carry a stone from the quarries to the harbour, now a popular port of call.  Behind Carnlough is a group of hills with several peaks over 300m.

The Londonderry Arms Hotel is steeped in history and well worth a visit for a cup of tea and a heated scone with jam and fresh cream!  There are also lots of interesting sights to see and many ice cream and fish and chip shops...
